Fresh as You Can Get

I've been trying to use as many vegetables from the garden as possible lately, which isn't hard really.  I'm going to try freezing the coriander into icecube trays with a bit of water (thank you Google).  It struck me how lush and colourful they looked dumped on the sink ready to wash.  It's pretty special knowing how pure and fresh they are:

    Yum we are doing the same ours are slower than yours thought due to our harsh weather.

    I had success freezing my excess parsley in that way too.
