School Girl Sewing
I made this bag in primary school. We had a lovely sewing teacher, Mrs White, who was endlessly patient and kind. She marked out each project with pencil dots for us to make it easier.

You have kinder memories of Primary school sewing. We had to make a knitting bag - an envolope style affair - with just about every hand sewing and embroidery technique ever thought of. Being a leftie back then didn't help either........
ReplyDeleteWe had to make stupid aprons from a pillow slip just folded the top corners in added a tape for round our neck and two for the sides we then had to use them for cookery lol
