We're finally eating our tomatoes, and they taste sooo nice, especially on toast, and my very first mini watermelon, which I have no idea when to pick. It's always amazing what will grow, given the minimal effort I put into it.

oh yummy! I;ve been told they are ready when the tendrils (the curly things on the stalk) dry out.

ReplyDeleteI agree, Debs. Shop tomatoes are tasteless compared to home-grown ones! We're eating ours as well, and still getting quite a few strawberries too.
